Our process works like this;

- An initial meeting to discuss the site purpose and layout. Together with the client we would both show examples of other sites that we like or don't like so that we have a feel for the targeted end product.
- Within a day or two a sample look and feel is presented to the client which provides more of an idea of the content required.
- We do not generally provide text content. We would expect the client to "fill in the gaps" to provide their message. For example, there would likely be an "About Us" page, that is the client's voice to the World. We would expect the client to provide text and images for that page.
- Depending on the complexity of the site, there would be a further 3-5 day turnaround to incorporate content from the client into a working site
- There would be a further 2-3 day turnaround to implement final updates to polish the development into a final product.

We are one of the few companies that work on fixed pricing. We know that some websites are more complicated than others, and that each client has different needs. But it is not useful to anybody to have undefined pricing.
Simple corporate website - $400
Includes;
Domain registration - this stakes your claim to www.yourbusiness.com. This will have to be renewed each year at a cost of $20 a year paid by the client.
Website hosting - we will set up all hosting so that people can visit www.yourbusiness.com on the internet and see your website. On an ongoing basis we will charge $35 a year to host the website
email setup and hosting - We will create your email addresses so that you can have [email protected] or [email protected], up to five email addresses. We will then set up your email accounts either as POP or IMAP accounts (don't worry about this, we will explain the differences to you). It will allow you to have a professional presence rather than rely on a GMail or Yahoo email account.
Website design - Complete website design of up to 5 pages including (but not restricted to) a Home Page, services description, About Us, Contact Us, blog etc.
Slightly more complicated website - $600
